Hand sanitisers are available in every room, if you do not spot them, please ask.
Healthcare settings, including physiotherapy are required to continue with the same PPE, social distancing and sanitising as before 19 July.
Our Pilates classes are a maximum of 6 people per class, windows are open for ventilation, teachers will continue wearing face-masks and as always, all equipment is sanitised after use.
We will also continue using the one-way in/out of the studio system.
