We are Pilates trained, hands-on Physiotherapists and Pilates teachers offering a professional and comprehensive service designed to enhance our clients physical health.
Our very experience physiotherapists offer treatment and self-management for joint, muscle and ligament injuries, including back and neck problems.
Physiotherapy appointments include an assessment, treatment plan, hands on physiotherapy and a home exercise program, as required. We treat patients an average of 5 times per condition but some require advice on self management which is a single appointment. We also see those who require ongoing maintenance to continue their steady improvement or to preserve their physical health!
Our Pilates Equipment Studio is complete with Reformer, Trapeze, barrels and Pilates chair for personal 1-1 Pilates training, studio duets (for 2) and studio group classes for up to 3 people. The teachers focus on your individual needs and aims and both the 1-1's and classes are creative, dynamic and varied.
