Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including muscle, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue.

It can enhance a persons feeling of health and wellbeing by reducing muscle tension, aiding relaxation, improving circulation and reducing swelling. Massage promotes good healing of soft tissue injuries such as pulled muscles and ligament sprains, while reducing the formation of excessive scar tissue.

At reab we are fortunate to have massage therapists whose specialties include sports massage, cranio-sacral massage, aromatherapy and reflexology.
