Our dedicated Pilates studio is equipped with mats and smaller Pilates apparatus such as balls, weights, rollers and circles and includes the large Pilates studio equipment such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel.
Our Pilates instructors are fully certified and have a wealth of teaching experience. We will help you to support your personal goals whether they be to enhance your sporting or dance performance, improve posture, balance, recover from injury, improve strength and flexibility or simply to look and feel better.
Our musculoskeletal physiotherapists are also Pilates trained and lead our ‘Return to Fitness’ Matwork, Reformer and studio classes.
We work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete newcomers through to seasoned athletes. We offer private tuition and small classes from our less strenuous, beginners Level 1 class to our Level 3 class for those who enjoy a more challenging work-out. If you are completely new to Pilates we recommend you have an introductory 1 to 1 session to enable you to confidently join a Level 1 Pilates class.
Scheduled Pilates Classes
Our Pay as You Go scheduled Pilates classes include Matwork, Reformer and Studio Sessions including Off-Peak and our Over 60's classes.
We also offer private classes for groups of 2 to 8 people and 1 to 1 private Pilates tuition, both by appointment only. Please contact us.
